This is a role with Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) Asia.

This role plays a critical role in partnering with the market providing strategic guidance, technical support and problem resolution related to the digital products use in the clinics such as Practice management system (PMS) and the integrated applications to help the clinics to improve efficiency and profitability.

Accountability for the management of local digital products and global enterprise solutions deployed across all entities in MVH Asia. Oversee the support.

The role is responsible for translating, implementing and operationalizing business plans into robust, secure, and scalable solutions including the integrated systems to support business. The role is also responsible for ensuring applications architectural guidance, design, oversight, improvement, and governance in accordance with Mars/MVH standards. The position will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing and standardizing the market digital applications landscape providing strategic coordination as well as tactical governance across the region.

About Our Role:

Business Analysis and Project Management

• Responsible for the analysis, evaluation, development, testing and implementation of digital products and related software applications implementation and/or upgrade of existing applications to meet business needs.
• Develop project plans, identify project tasks and procedures for the assigned project.
• Responsible for tracking project milestones and adjusting project plans to meet project timeline.
• Review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide accurate and timely reports to the company and escalate functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
• Prepare documentation including project reports, process and user manuals, presentations, strategic and technical plans, and other related information on assigned application analyses.
• Regularly interacts with functional groups to communicate and clarify customer requirements.
• Performs as liaison between process owner, end-users, and vendors to define and establish requirements. Investigates and resolves problems.
• Ensuring that the design and integration of digital products and related systems leads to the development and growth of the business through effects use of technology.
• Responsible for researching, developing, and implementing testing methods and procedures.

Business Partnering

• Work closely with business stakeholders to help guide and advise on the use of digital products to ensure technology supports the business when required.

Operational and Technical support

• Work with users to identify improvement in using the applications to support business operations, including redesigning processes to maximize the benefits and efficiency of the clinics.
• Oversee daily support for clinics in the use of the local digital products to manage and optimize business processes.
• Provide Level 1 applications support for enterprise solutions such as Workday, Coupa, M365.
• Perform application testing for upgrades or new features releases.

Vendor management

• Manage relationships with external suppliers (vendors) and ensure they meet contractual obligations. This includes sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Provide consulting and application support to users, involves handling "how-to" questions, and liaise with vendors to address the needs or issues.

Who are we looking for?

• Degree holder in Information Technology / Computer Science or relevant discipline.
• Certified project management, such as PMP
• Minimally 5 to 7 years' experience in project management and implementing software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare Practice Management system capabilities and functions.
• Strong understanding of information systems and business processes.
• Ability to interface with various levels and technical competencies across company/departments.
• Added advantages - Experience Microsoft 365, ERP (Practice Management), HR (Workday), Procurement (Coupa), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), websites applications management and support.
• Good communication, especially in English and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
