Network Infrastructure Lead

An excellent opportunity for a Network Infrastructure Lead has just arisen at a global technology-driven organization in a rapidly growing market.

Job Purpose:
Lead and enhance enterprise network operations to ensure stability, security, and business continuity. This role clearly demands senior-level expertise in both designing robust, scalable network systems and administering day-to-day network operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the health, support, and upgrades of core network and infrastructure systems.
• Manage network components like routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers efficiently.
• Optimize internet routing and performance through BGP and ISP coordination.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Collaborate globally to align IT strategies with business goals and security standards.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar, with strong technical foundations.
• At least 5 years in network administration, including leadership experience.
• Skilled in managing enterprise networks and operating systems (UNIX/Windows).
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and access control.
• Familiar with BGP, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and scripting tools like Python or Ansible.

The successful Network Infrastructure Lead must possess strong technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and enterprise-level experience managing secure networks.
