Manager, Data Management

Job Summary

Data Management team is responsible as a data steward by acquiring, normalizing, and transforming data from multiple sources, and collaborating with data owners to define data standards and employ controls for adherence to these standards.

We are looking for a competent professional to join us and he/she will be reporting to our Head of Application and Data Management.

Job Responsibilities

• Relevant Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in data management, data integration, and data governance, with the ability to work effectively across different business units
• Experience in ETL/ELT process. ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform)
• Strong understanding of relational database (SQL), database design principles, normalization, and data modelling
• Strong analytical thinking and detail oriented
• Able to adapt on data management platform
• Experience in visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Good collaboration and interpersonal skills

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in data management using tools such as Neoxam, Markit, FIS, etc
• Strong skills in visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Knowledge of datasets maintained in data management platforms and the corresponding attributes
• Good communication skills
• Analytical mindset
