- Conduct business and data analysis to support strategic decision-making, including revenue, cost, risk, and profitability tracking.
- Develop and maintain indicator systems and monitoring frameworks to evaluate business performance against targets.
- Deliver regular business analysis reports and insights to inform management decisions.
- Provide data support for the finance team, including reconciliation of key financial metrics.
- Track industry trends and conduct competitor analysis, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations for product strategy, user engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Support the development of data dashboards and reporting tools for various internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of data analysis experience, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g., fintech, technology, or digital platforms).
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or competitor analysis.
- Proficient in SQL and Python; experience with Hive or other big data platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Excel.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data analysis within the securities, fintech, payments, or digital assets industry.
- Prior exposure in building data warehouse, as well as some programming skills.
- Understanding of financial products, market trends, and risk metrics is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
