• Provide hands-on IT support across departments, from troubleshooting to hardware setup
• Manage laptops, peripherals, and user accounts across various platforms
• Collaborate with global teams on exciting corporate tech projects
• Work with vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery
• Help shape and support new business application rollouts
• Maintain and track IT assets

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in desktop support or IT operations
• Strong grasp of Windows OS, Office 365, Azure, and hardware
• Experience with Active Directory and user management
• Great problem-solving skills and calm under pressure
• Clear communicator who works well with global, cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset
