As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization's network infrastructure. You will ensure high performance, availability, and security across all network components and will play a critical role in deploying and supporting enterprise-grade network technologies.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and maintaining network operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  • Evaluating and integrating new technologies to enhance network capabilities.
  • Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment such as routers, switches, proxy servers, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Procuring network hardware and overseeing subcontractors during network installations.
  • Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching for efficient and secure network performance.
  • Supporting Cisco SD-WAN deployments to optimize traffic and connectivity.
  • Monitoring network health, troubleshooting issues, and scheduling upgrades.
  • Creating and validating Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) policies.
  • Developing and managing ACLs (Access Control Lists) for switching and routing.
  • Implementing and maintaining firewall rules on Palo Alto appliances.
  • Configuring Cisco wireless infrastructure for seamless connectivity.
  • Managing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and ZPA VPN solutions for secure remote connectivity.
  • Implementing AAA protocols including Dot1x and TACACS+ for secure access control.
  • Reporting network performance and status to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Atleast years of experience in network engineering or a related role.
  • Minimum of an ITE/Diploma/Advanced Diploma/BEng/BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of networking principles including architecture, routing, switching, firewalls, and security.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco and Palo Alto technologies.
  • Proficient in configuring and supporting Zscaler (ZIA & ZPA) and Cisco SD-WAN.
  • Skilled in managing wireless networks, ACLs, AAA, and network monitoring tools.

Certifications:
  • Required: Cisco CCNP and Palo Alto PCNSE certifications.
