Tool Administrator and specialist

• Responsible for the Besi Webshop

• Responsible for the Customer Interface on EDI

• SAP Key User

• BW (Business Warehouse) Key User

• Co-Owner of the pricing tool

• Innovates and improves tools and processes for order processing

Automation

• Responsible for Process Automation for Spares and Tooling to achieve a Handsfree Process Chain

• Analyzes Processes and drive automation and ensuring scalability of business

Business Support Project Management

• Provide necessary infrastructure for global order process through SAP and business flow improvements

• Manage projects

• Ensure global process compliance

• Ensure correctness of reported data

• Provide global training and documentation for tools

• Provide monthly reporting

• Provide Improvement proposal

• Main contact with vendors for external project management

Sales support

• Provide KPI Reports according to needs

Meet or exceed goals according to annual target

Requirements :

Education

• Advanced commercial degree with affinity to engineering or vice versa

• Project Management- / Process reengineering certificate

• SAP/ BW certificates

• AI knowledge

Work experience

• Min. 2 years of experience in project management

• Min 2 Years of experience in process and business re-engineering

Expertise and methodology

• Strong analytic and critical thinking skills

• Proficiency in presentation

• Proficiency in SAP usage and programming

• Proficiency in BW usage and programming

• Proficiency in B2B or B2C tools

Other requirement criteria

• Proficiency in English (oral and written), further Languages will be an asset

• Reliable, exact, able to work under pressure, team player, affinity to technical related fields

• Intercultural competences

• Knowledge, experience and practice on ESG initiatives is an added advantage
