Responsibilities
Requirements
- Provide technical support to a 24x7 operating Data Centre including the operation, maintenance and repair of all critical equipment and systems.
- Monitor the performance and availability of IT services Processing of production jobs
- Assisting in monitoring and escalation of incidents related to computer hardware, operating system, application systems, data centre facilities and managing the security of the data centre
- Maintain the reliability, availability, performance of the event monitoring system to ensure service vendors meet agreed Service Level
- Involve in process improvement initiatives and projects for the data centre
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC Possess positive altitude and a keen interest in IT Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Great Attitude to bring the best out of the team.
- Comfortable to perform shift duties.
