Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Platform Lead to drive the strategy, development, and implementation of our cybersecurity platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cybersecurity technologies, as well as strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams in delivering secure, innovative, and scalable solutions. This is a key role that will influence our cybersecurity posture and enable us to stay ahead of emerging threats while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of our cybersecurity platforms to protect critical assets and data.
• Collaborate with IT, product management, and engineering teams to integrate security best practices into all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Drive the identification and evaluation of new cybersecurity tools and technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
• Establish and maintain security governance frameworks to ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Monitor emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities, translating findings into actionable insights and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to platform architecture, security policies, and incident response plans.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to cybersecurity teams, fostering a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to create and promote cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
• Spearhead the incident response process, leading the investigation of security incidents and coordinating response efforts.
• Regularly report on platform performance, security incidents, and threat landscapes to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• years of experience in a cybersecurity role, with [Y] years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience managing cybersecurity platforms, tools, and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO, CIS).
• Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, and incident response methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of network security, application security, cloud security, and data protection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSP) are highly desirable.
