Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and optimizing crucial business tools: This includes the company Webshop, the customer interface on EDI, SAP, the Business Warehouse (BW), and contributing to the pricing tool.
• Driving innovation in order processing: This means finding ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of how orders are handled.
• Leading automation efforts: Specifically for spares and tooling, aiming for a "hands-free" process, and generally analyzing processes to implement automation for better scalability.
• Supporting the global order process: This involves providing the necessary system infrastructure (especially through SAP), improving business workflows, managing related projects, ensuring global process compliance, and maintaining data accuracy.
• Providing essential support and resources: This includes creating training materials and documentation for tools, generating monthly reports, proposing improvements, and being the main point of contact for external project vendors.
• Assisting the sales team: This involves providing them with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports as needed.
• Achieving performance targets: Meeting or exceeding set goals on an annual basis is expected.

Requirements:

• SAP/ BW programing
• AI knowledge
• Experience in project management
• Analytic and critical thinking skills
