Digital Integration & Strategy

• Lead the implementation of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) strategies throughout the design, construction, and handover stages of building projects.
• Align digital workflows with corporate digital transformation objectives and ensure compliance with industry standards.

BIM & Coordination Management

• Manage BIM execution and coordination among consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Enforce consistent usage of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and adherence to approved BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

Coding & Automation

• Develop scripts and automation tools using platforms such as Dynamo, Python, or equivalent, to enhance BIM efficiency and streamline data processes.
• Customize digital construction platforms and dashboards to align with specific project needs.
• Collaborate with IT and Digital teams to integrate APIs, data systems, and cross-platform workflows where necessary.

Project Delivery Support

• Support project teams in the adoption and integration of digital tools including Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Synchro into day-to-day operations.
• Facilitate clash detection, 4D sequencing, and model-based data validation to improve delivery accuracy and coordination.

Training & Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct training and onboarding programs for internal teams and external stakeholders on IDD tools and workflows.
• Serve as the primary liaison for IDD coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track the implementation and performance of IDD initiatives, generating reports on digital adoption, project compliance, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance digital project delivery.

Building Digital Competency

• Provide coaching to project stakeholders in the effective use of digital construction tools and technologies.
• Research and recommend relevant external training programs and professional development courses in digital solutions.
• Collect and analyze feedback on organizational digital learning needs to inform future training and development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Certification in BIM or other IDD-related training is advantageous.
• Prefarable minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Integrated Digital Delivery in the construction industry, specifically on building projects.
• Proficient in BIM and digital construction platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Synchro).
• Strong understanding of CDE, BIM workflows, and 3D/4D/5D modeling.
