Success in the Digital Solutions function requires fostering partnership, transparency, and alignment across markets, divisions, and functions, ensuring digital initiatives meet diverse needs of our clients in markets and divisions

The Digital Business Partner will serve as the strategic business partner to the divisions and markets, ensuring the work of Digital Solutions is aligned and contributing to business impact. It will create a lean and transparent governance, manage planning and prioritization, work with the digital delivery teams to create roadmaps and manage critical projects, and lead Digital Solutions' contribution to division MTPs. At the same time, this domain will serve as the connector to the North Asia Digital Solutions team, the domains supporting both regions, Tech and global stakeholders.

Impact You Can Create In The Role

1. Strategic Partnership & Collaboration:
  • Serve as a strategic partner to SEAA divisions and markets, ensuring business goals and priorities are articulated and translated into actionable digital objectives.
  • Ensure key collaboration with North Asia Governance and Planning team - leverage frameworks, governance and planning models - ensure that SEAA specificities are captured, documents are clearly articulated and shared.
  • Understand Chanel's business, external customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.


2. Roadmap Development & Alignment:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital roadmap for markets and divisions in SEAA that aligns with investment strategies, fostering visibility and coordination across all teams.
  • Leverage the profound understanding of business priorities, ROI, and KPIs to set and achieve long-term goals through agile, always-on product development.
  • Steer and support the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features and tasks based on business value and customer impact - ensuring that they are actively managed and transparently shared.


3. Function Governance and Planning
  • Create function governance structures to ensure that Digital Solutions function can contribute to SEAA region.
  • Orchestrate the key planning cycles (MPT, Planning, strategy) and drive the planning process for North Asia and SEAA Digital solutions as well as SEAA Region, Divisions, Markets, and Tech requirements
  • Lead and contribute to the budget management cycles ensure consolidation and input of SEAA Digital solutions. Ensure alignment with North Asia and where relevant Tech on shared platform inputs. Prepare supporting documentation for these processes. Support team to meet budget accuracy targets.


4. Core KPI Management:
  • Monitor and enhance the following KPIs (but not limited to these) to ensure alignment with strategic objectives:1. Stakeholder Satisfaction Score2. Value Realization Score3. Roadmap Completion4. Portfolio ROI5. Budget Management and accuracy.

  • Strong knowledge of digital tools and technologies, including clienteling, CRM systems, marketing automation, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate digital concepts, strategies, and roadmaps to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in working across multiple stakeholders from business, digital, and technology teams to drive overall strategies in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
  • Experience with project management, and agile methodologies, working in an agile environment.
  • A pioneering spirit, matched with a profound reverence for the traditions that define Chanel.
  • A track record of leadership in digital transformations, preferably within the luxury sector, showcasing your ability to elevate client experiences into realms of unprecedented engagement and loyalty.
