Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-sales support encompassing the full suite of company products, network solutions, and value-focused proposals.
• Identify and pursue potential business opportunities with prospective and existing clients.
• Promote and present customized technical solutions through detailed proposals and professional presentations.
• Design innovative and competitive product solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are clearly understood and effectively addressed.
• Analyze and interpret clients' business objectives and technical specifications.
• Respond to technical inquiries and provide effective resolutions to client-related issues.
• Facilitate product knowledge through training sessions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in networking technologies and solutions.
• Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in the networking field.
• Skilled in engaging with customers to align on technical matters, communicate effectively, provide clarifications, and manage negotiations.
• Mandarin-speaking ability required for coordination with stakeholders and partners on work or project-related tasks.
• Strong background in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
