- Design and develop custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
- Build and maintain integrations between D365 and external systems using Microsoft Power BI and MSSQL SSRS
- Develop and implement C# plugins and JavaScript web resources for D365 customizations
- Gather requirements and write-up technical solutions for these requirements
- Provide technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Technical Requirements:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration
- C# and .NET development
- MS SQL Server and database management
- Web API implementation
Professional Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development
- Proven experience in government sector projects
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Java knowledge
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Azure
- Background in financial services industry projects
