We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to design and code programs that run tests in an automated way on new or existing software. They use various test automation frameworks such as selenium to build these programs on and write test scripts that can automate testing. The engineers build test automation scripts for both front-end web and back-end API applications. This role will report into the Head of Engineering.

In this role you will:

• Design and build a test automation factory to perform E2E integration testing of front-end webapp and back-end API services.
• Built API test automation framework using any open source frameworks.
• Establish a Continous testing process & culture by integrating in the CI/CD pipeline. And the notifications sent to engineers via slack /email or any collaboration channels.
• Build performance test suites using any open source framework such as JMeter etc.
• Deep collaboration and being part of the engineering scrum team on bug triaging, defect fixing and production readiness environments.
• Thrive in high-quality code culture by conducting peer code reviews.

You should have:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• At least 8 years of extensive experience as a Test Automation engineer building test automation suites leveraging open source frameworks.
• You have a willingness to learn, teach and step outside of your comfort zone.
• Deep competence in Selenium, Java, Jira, BitBucket, SQL.
• Deep competence in scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, JavaScript, Ruby, PowerShell)
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and SLA driven environment.
