Digital Marketer

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing,1 content marketing, email marketing, and2 display advertising. Adjust and optimize marketing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.
• Team Management and Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, and customer service) to ensure marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives.
Work with external vendors and partners
• Channel Management and Optimization:
Manage and optimize the company's website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize ad performance.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
Regularly analyze marketing data and generate detailed reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Utilize data analysis results to optimize marketing strategies and budget allocation.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and provide market analysis reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, with team management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in digital marketing skills such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong English writing skills.
