We are looking for an IT Support Engineer responsible for L1-L2 infrastructure for one of our electrical/electronics manufacturing client, internal systems support, and end-user assistance.

You will be the first point of contact for internal IT issues (PCs, printers, ERP systems), support hardware/software installations, perform regular IT audits, and maintain IT asset records. You'll assist seniors in system testing, implementation, training, and liaising with central IT for security and compliance. Proactive team players with experience in manufacturing IT environments and knowledge of SAP, Oracle Application Server, and MySQL are preferred.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's in IT or related field
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with SAP, Oracle App Server, MySQL
• Independent, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Experience in manufacturing/IT support environments preferred.
