Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver 24/7 onsite support for data center operations and critical facility infrastructure.
• Continuously monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure all data center facilities and systems-including the PA system, fire safety systems, plumbing, UPS, power, temperature control, humidity levels, and water detection sensors-are functioning optimally.
• Serve as the Level 1 escalation point for all onsite operational incidents, performing hands-on troubleshooting and ad-hoc repairs across mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.
• Manage user requests, incident reports, change requests, problem resolutions, and provisioning through a web-based ticketing system.
• Enforce and support the implementation of data center safety, security, and customer service protocols, including overseeing security operations, managing resources, upholding house rules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and support both preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize service disruptions within the data center.
• Maintain and regularly update all data center-related documentation, including Methods of Procedure (MOPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), and generate reports as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience in facilities management or a similar role.
• ITE/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Management System and Facilities Management.
• Experience with Building Management System systems, Mechanical and Electrical equipment, and data centre environments.
• Hands-on experience in Mechanical (ACMV) and Electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
• Comfortable with rotating shift hours: Shift 1 (7am - 2pm), Shift 2 (2pm - 10pm) and Shift 3 (10pm - 7am) etc.
