Application Support

 

Work Location: Downtown core, Singapore

Job Type: 2 Years Contract, subject to renewal

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an Application Support who will assume full accountability for the overall success of project delivery and customer cadence by effectively managing the entire project life cycle—from requirements gathering and scoping to project planning and execution, including risk management, progress monitoring and tracking, and support transition. With a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, I oversee, track, and clearly communicate the progress and timelines of projects and their deliverables to all stakeholders. Additionally, I identify and manage issues and risks across business initiatives, overseeing development cycles and ensuring timely delivery.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Works closely with various business stakeholders to gather requirements, track project progress and manage their expectations.
• Proactive to assess each tasks during all stages of a project, to identify the risk factors and involved in brainstorming necessary preventive measures.
• Manage relationships (both internal and external) and coordinate work between multiple IT teams and business units, with a focus on success and clean delivery.
• Coordinate release testing/certification processes.
• Responsible to ensure smooth support transition to application support and 24x7 Ops team.
• Any other tasks and works as and when requested and assigned by the Company.

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Diploma or degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, computer security, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in project management and/or Service Delivery with demonstrable experience in managing projects, budgets, staff and delivery across a variety of technologies and businesses.
• Experienced in client relations, management, and vendor management.
• Proficient in working on software-related projects.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, presentation, and verbal.
• Self-starter with the ability to adapt behavior to different scenarios.
• Strong time management skills with proven ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change.
• Capable of conceptualizing solution deployment and understanding arising issues.
• Demonstrates high energy and leadership qualities.
• Possesses knowledge and proven experience in project management methodologies and the project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to work effectively in highly pressurized and demanding environments.
• Required to undergo Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) checks.
