Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical know-how, and strong communication skills to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

2. SEO and SEM

  • Optimize website content for search engines (on-page and off-page SEO).
  • Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns (PPC), ensuring high ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and performance analysis.

3. Content Marketing

  • Plan and create engaging content for blogs, websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other departments for brand-aligned messaging.

4. Social Media Management

  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Plan and schedule regular posts, engage with followers, and monitor performance using analytics tools.

5. Email Marketing

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Segment lists, A/B test campaigns, and analyze open/click-through rates.

6. Analytics and Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social insights to monitor performance.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

7. Paid Advertising

  • Plan and manage paid digital advertising across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Track ad performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize campaign effectiveness.

8. Website Management

  • Coordinate with developers or use CMS platforms like WordPress to update and maintain the company website.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and aligned with SEO standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
