Take responsibility for delivering projects or workstreams with a focus on emerging technologies such as blockchain and digital assets, agentic AI, immersive technologies

Lead early-stage innovation engagements in a product management capacity including leading design thinking ideation sessions, conducting external market research, driving hypothesis-driven design, leading proof of concept and proof of value experiments to validate technical feasibility client desirability and business viability

Provide thought leadership and technical expertise in at least one of the following domains: Blockchain & Digital Assets (preferable), Agentic & Generative AI, Immersive Technologies (AR/VR), Digital Identity, Digital Twin, Internet of Things (IoT), Quantum Computing

Partner and build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams who are interested in emerging technologies and innovation initiatives

Communicate effectively with all audiences in a structured manner and collaborate with diverse teams to come up with the best solution

Actively contribute to the development of Group Internal Consulting

Group Internal Consulting (GIC) is UBS's internal consultant unit. We are a driven and diverse team with over 690 people present in 4 regions across the globe. As part of the firm's Group Integration Office (GIO), we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive integration, transformation and change across UBS, supporting the firm in achieving its strategic goals. Your expertise :

You completed a degree in the field of technology and innovation (Bachelor or Masters) or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades

Ideally 4-6 years of work experience, with experience in external or internal consulting teams within financial services with a focus on emerging tech, innovation and product management roles

Experience working in at least one or more of the following emerging technology domains: Blockchain & Digital Assets (preferable), Agentic & Generative AI, Immersive Technologies (AR/VR), Digital Identity, Digital Twin, Internet of Things (IoT), Quantum Computing

Proficient in applying innovation methodologies and frameworks in early-stage innovation projects such as design thinking, lean startup, and hypothesis-driven design, as well as producing high quality senior-ready presentations

Solid knowledge of emerging technology trends and how they impact financial services value chains (e.g., how digital assets impact the fixed income and payments businesses)

Preferable familiarity with one or more of the following development platforms / coding languages: Solidity, Quorum, Hyperledger, Corda, Java, Python

Excellent analytical and conceptual skillset with a problem-solving, and pragmatic attitude

Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills as well as experience in collaborating with various stakeholders across different hierarchy levels

Proficient in written and spoken English, other languages a plus
