Role : Digital Banking Business Analyst (Digital Channels OR Internet OR Mobile Banking)

Job Description / Key Requirements:

Mandatory is:

• Must have 6+ years working experience in Business Analysis.
• 3+ years recent working experience in Digital Channels OR Internet OR Mobile Banking (Payments Services or Swift or Cash Management) is a must.
• Current working experience in Digital Channels OR Internet OR Mobile Banking is a must as a Business Analyst 2+ years.
• Must have working experience in gathering requirement from business and maintain BRD, FSD -Must
• Good to have : Working experience in My SQL and Oracle SQL
• Understanding of Technology but no need to have coding experience.
• Capturing, analyzing and eliciting business Requirements: Elaborating JIRA stories.
• Must have Agile product development experience
• Working experience in FSD- Functional Specifications Documentation and elaborated user stories is a must (2+ years- recent).
• Current role must be as a Business / Business Consultant /Analyst for last 3+ years.
• Current working experience in banking areas like Transaction Banking, Payments, Swift,Cash Management is must.
• Hands-on recent Agile working experience in banking products (Corporate/Retail/Internet Banking) and processes, and retail banking for 3+ years is a Must
• Must have experience in writing user stories is a must.
• Must : Successful track record of managing Agile transformation program/projects (Preferably using SAFe) -3+ years Expert in using common agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and knowledge of DevOps processes and tools such as Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins etc- Good to have
• Extremely detail oriented.
