Job Description: We are looking for a tech enthusiast to join our Intelligent Automation
team as an Intelligent Automation Engineer. In this role, you will help improve our banking
operations by being part of the team that implements automation solutions for various
processes. These solutions will enhance our service delivery and operational efficiency.
You will also develop and maintain dashboards and analytics for senior management,
providing insights for decision-making. Your work will contribute to our goal of being a
leader in technological innovation within the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities and Job Scope:
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics for senior management to support
budgeting, costing, and financial management, delivering actionable insights for
decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand banking operations, identify pain
points, and be part of the team that translates the requirements into impactful
automation solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI,
Machine Learning, Data Science & Analytics, Natural Language Processing, and
Robotic Process Automation.
• Optimize operational processes by leveraging advanced technologies such as
GenAI Agentic and Python models to assist in building solutions that enhance
efficiency and service delivery within the bank's operations. This includes extracting
information from documents and storing it in structured formats.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Computer
Engineering.

Skill Sets Requirements:
• Dashboard Development: Experience in building interactive and visually appealing
dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• SQL Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying, manipulation, and
management.
• Machine Learning: Expertise in building and deploying machine learning models,
including experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

• Python Programming: Proficiency in Python for developing automation scripts,
data analysis, and machine learning applications.
• Generative AI: Familiarity with generative AI techniques and agentic modeling to
create intelligent automation solutions.
• Data Analytics: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and generate
actionable insights.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Experience with NLP techniques for extracting
and processing information from unstructured text.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop
solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders
and present findings clearly and concisely.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and
contribute to collective goals.

Experience:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field of intelligent automation, data analytics,
or a related area.
