As the Fixed Network Solution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end fixed network solutions for enterprise and carrier customers. You will serve as a technical expert and bridge between the commercial, engineering, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet performance, cost, and scalability expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design and develop technical solutions for fixed network services including broadband access (xDSL, GPON/FTTH), metro and core transport networks (DWDM, IP/MPLS), and enterprise connectivity (Ethernet, SD-WAN).
• Analyze customer requirements and craft customized network solutions to address technical and commercial needs.
• Develop high-level and detailed solution architectures, network diagrams, BOMs, and proposals.

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

• Support pre-sales engagements by presenting technical solutions to customers and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and align network offerings accordingly.
• Serve as the go-to expert for fixed network-related inquiries and technical discussions.

Vendor & Technology Evaluation

• Evaluate and recommend network products, platforms, and technologies from equipment vendors.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies such as FWA, NG-PON2, and SDN/NFV.
• Participate in lab trials, proof-of-concepts, and interoperability testing when introducing new solutions.

Project Handover & Support

• Provide detailed design documentation and technical input to the implementation and operations teams.
• Ensure smooth project handover, and support post-sale activities as needed.
• Work closely with NOC and field engineers to troubleshoot escalated issues and optimize solution performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in fixed network solution design, engineering, or pre-sales within the telecom industry.
• Strong knowledge of GPON, FTTx, IP/MPLS, DWDM, Metro Ethernet, and access technologies.
• Hands-on experience with network planning tools, OSS/BSS integration, and vendor platforms (e.g., Huawei, Nokia, Cisco, ZTE).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, MEF, Huawei HCIP, Nokia NRS) are a plus.
