Key Result Areas:

1. Manage the quality assurance and control of products and services to meet company and customers' expectations.

Monitor QA/QC and proper documentation for incoming materials, fabrication, and production for

overseas projects

• Prepare inspection and test plans for façade works (Chart H)

• Prepare documents and procedures for inspection/certification

• Implement schedule to ensure QC Inspectors carry out their duties timely and correctly

• Assign proper checking tools for QC Inspectors

• Identify training opportunities for QC Inspectors to attain qualification and upgrade in their jobs

• Assign work checklist and test plan to QC Inspectors

• Organize and implement QMS and audit, including ISO

• Inspect the proper documentation and filing of QA/QC documents

• Search for source information related to QA/QC matters

2. Ensure the quality of products and services provided by suppliers and vendors

Analyse products and services provided by suppliers and vendors

• Inspect key material supplies such as aluminium, extrusions and glass

• Examine prototypes provided by suppliers and vendors

• Supervise the information of supplies in QA/QC systems and inspection records.

3. Attain high QA/QC in manufacturing and installation processes and methods.

• Analyse manufacturing and installation processes and methods

• Inspect method statement and safety risk assessment

• Check tools, equipment calibration procedures and records

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• General education/Diploma in QA/QC

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in façade industry with good knowledge in product

specifications, reading drawings, industry standards, design, engineering, fabrication,

installation and quality.
