Reporting directly to the superior based out of Asia, You will be responsible for:
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in NOC. At least 5 years of experience in direct team management.
In-depth understanding of network performance metrics, monitoring tools, and incident management processes.
Experience with service level agreements (SLAs) and working within defined service frameworks.

About the job
Reporting directly to the superior based out of Asia, You will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the NOC team, ensuring efficient monitoring and management of network infrastructure.
- Ensure the team is properly trained and equipped to handle network incidents, monitoring alerts, and proactive network maintenance tasks.
- Oversee troubleshooting and escalations of network incidents and outages, ensuring timely resolution with minimal downtime.
- Monitor and maintain network uptime, providing reports and analysis on service performance and system reliability.
- Establish and enforce NOC best practices, standard operating procedures, and policies.
- Manage the maintenance of network monitoring tools, ensuring the team has access to accurate and real-time data.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to NOC staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Ensure compliance with SLA (Service Level Agreement) metrics and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the security team to identify vulnerabilities and ensure network security measures are in place.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize NOC processes and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of network monitoring and incident resolution.
