Job Description:

A subject matter expert where prime responsibility is to resolve technical issues related to customer solution and help to maintain SLA. Parallelly he/she would be responsible to take all proactive measures to maintain KPIs, Improve customer network performance and CSAT level.

• Responsible to provide third line operation support for all escalated cases from Level1 + Level2 teams.
• Active involvement in all critical cases.
• Responsible to provide Subject Matter Expertise to support technical solutions offered to customer covering products/technology like SDWAN.
• Specifically looking for below expertise: IP Networking / SDWAN (VIPTELA, VERSA, FORTINET) Security - FORTINET
• Work experience/Knowledge on Security, Riverbed and Cloud based proxy services (Zscaler, Prisma) will be added advantage
• Experience: 6-10 years • May be an individual contributor or may lead a team through application of deep knowledge of one job area or broad knowledge of several job areas within Service Assurance.
• Operational role, responsible for setting objectives and delivering results that have a significant impact within the context of a wider operational area.
• Identifies problems and updates or modifies working methods in own role without the benefit of defined procedures.
• May Provide first level of supervisory management to a work team that includes professional roles. May also supervise technical and administrative staff.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Mandatory: CCNA or JNCIA
• Preferred: CCNP or JNCIP
