About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Data Analyst / Data Scientist to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in leveraging data insights to drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is a data enthusiast with a passion for AI/ML, a strong command of Power BI, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that translate complex data into actionable recommendations. You will be a key player in bridging the gap between data and business strategy, working closely with stakeholders across various departments.

Responsibilities:

• \tData Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth data analysis using various techniques, including statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• \tAI/ML Development & Implementation: Develop and implement AI/ML models to address specific business challenges, working with data scientists and engineers as needed. This may include model training, validation, and deployment.

• \tPower BI Development & Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• \tStorytelling & Communication: Translate complex data analysis into clear, concise, and compelling narratives. Develop presentations and reports that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• \tUser Experience (UX) Design: Consider the user experience when developing dashboards and reports. Ensure intuitive navigation, clear visualizations, and a user-friendly interface.

• \tCollaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

• \tContinuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in business analytics, AI/ML, and data visualization. Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• \tBachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

• \tProven experience (~ 3-4 years) in business analytics, with a focus on AI/ML.

• \tStrong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and report development.

• \tExperience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., Python, R, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• \tExcellent data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.

• \tStrong understanding of UX principles and best practices.

• \tExcellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

• \tAbility to work independently and as part of a team.

• \tStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• \tExperience with IT industry is a plus.
