Responsibilities
Requirements
- Actively support and coach SMEs through their digital transformation journey
- Educate and guide SME clients on using digital tools and platforms like:
- E-Commerce (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop)
- Social Media & Marketplace Marketing (TikTok, XiaoHongShu/XHS, Facebook, Instagram)
- Marketing Automation Tools (WhatsApp Automation, Email Flows, CRM)
- Generative AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Designs.ai, Canva, CapCut)
- Deliver 1-on-1 or small group mentorship sessions (both online & face-to-face)
- Share best practices, case studies, and actionable strategies
- Confidently conduct product walkthroughs and training demos
- Representing SME Marketing Solutions with professionalism, integrity, and honesty
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, A-Level certificate, or 1 year of working experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields
- Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate as a team
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping SMEs grow
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice
- Experience as a trainer or coach will be a plus
