Digital Marketing cum Business Development Executive

• assist in the formulation of digital marketing strategies to build a stronger digital connection with customer
• manage and produce relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
• prepare online collateral and promotional emails and organise their distribution through various channels to
reach out to potential stakeholders/clients
• manage, maintain, update and optimise company's website
• manage social media platforms and respond to queries from customers
• launch optimised online adverts through Facebook, Instagram, Google ad words etc to increase Company &
brand awareness
• be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc)
• measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics,
WebTrends, etc)
• acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
• understand new marketing trends and prepare new channels to reach customer
• identify and develop new sales leads & manage existing client accounts
• provide consultation and proposal for indoor plants and landscape solutions
• provide general sales support such as preparing quotation, order processing and delivery arrangement
• negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback
• focus on revenue retention and revenue growth to meet sales target
• monitor and report on sales performance
• collaborate with operations team for delivery of landscape products, solutions and completion of project
• support the team with any other duties as and when assigned
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the business development, digital & social media marketing
• Diploma or degree in landscape or horticulure related field
• Stong & good customer service mindset
• Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills, meticulous, organised
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers & employee at all level in the organization
• Team player with discipline time management and quality control
• Result oriented and able to multi task between numerous projects
• Manage project progress and co-ordinate with clients & fellow colleague
• Experience with B2B and B2C social media and email campaigns
• Skills and experience in creative content writing, able to think out of the box
• proficient in MS Office, Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, photography or videography skill
