QA Engineer (CRM & On-Premise Expertise)

Job Summary
We are looking for a QA Engineer with experience in testing CRM (D365), on-premise environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing test cases, performing manual and automated testing, and ensuring the quality of CRM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Execution
- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for CRM applications.
- Conduct functional, regression, system, and performance testing.
- Ensure testing aligns with business and technical requirements.
Automation & Performance Testing
- Design and maintain automated test scripts for CRM solutions.
- Implement and execute API testing using Postman, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in CRM applications.
Data & Batch Job Testing
- Validate data integrity in SQL Server databases.
- Test batch jobs and scheduled processes for CRM automation.
- Ensure CRM integrations with third-party systems work seamlessly.
Defect Management & Reporting
- Log, track, and validate defects using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
- Collaborate with developers and functional teams to resolve issues.
- Generate detailed test reports and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ CRM Testing - Older versions (2011, 2013, 2015, 2016) and D365.
✔ Manual & Automation Testing - Selenium, Postman, JMeter, etc.
✔ SQL Server - Ability to write queries and validate data.
✔ API Testing - REST, SOAP integrations.
✔ Batch Job Testing - Scheduled jobs and system automation validation.
✔ Defect Management - JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: ISTQB, Microsoft Certified (D365, CRM).
Experience with Power Platform - Power Automate, Power BI.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
