Responsibilities

• Implement and manage open systems within the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

• Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement preventive measures.

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

• Assist in the development and implementation of new Image for window OS 2025.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

• Proven experience in managing open systems.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

• Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell or Python.

• Familiarity with incident management tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Having RHCE / Windows Server Administration Certification is preferable.
