The Role

• Collaborate with business users to gather and clarify requirements aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead end-to-end RFP management, including vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation.
• Assess vendor proposals for scope, risks, budget, and alignment with project methodologies.
• Drive project planning and execution, defining deliverables, milestones, and tracking progress.
• Serve as the main liaison across vendors, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Guide solution design discussions, ensuring technical feasibility and architectural compliance.
• Maintain governance standards, monitor quality, and promote organizational consistency.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Optimize resource allocation for efficiency and high team productivity.
• Motivate and lead project teams, fostering accountability and performance excellence.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic business goals.
• Review vendor reports and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Continuously refine project management practices using best practices and new trends.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with a focus on business-driven solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and at least 3 years in a client-facing role.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid business acumen with an understanding of digital transformation trends.
• Experienced in resource planning and end-to-end project execution.
