Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of online marketing strategies, and a proven track record of executing successful campaigns across multiple channels. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the company's online presence, improving brand awareness, and increasing conversions through digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including paid search, SEO, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and effective content, and optimize existing content for search engines to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
  • SEO & SEM Management: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for SEO, manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads), and track performance to ensure campaigns meet objectives.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and run paid ads.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, providing detailed reports on performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email flows, while optimizing for higher open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors' strategies. Use data to refine and improve marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, design, content) to align marketing efforts with company goals, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, MailChimp, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
