Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to identify the necessary data and information required to meet key objectives.
• Partner with management teams to determine and access relevant datasets.
• Address stakeholder data needs and provide strategic guidance on data collection, integration, and usage.
• Extract, clean, and organize data from various sources, such as the Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) and surveys, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Use advanced IT tools, including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, to develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and scorecards that support data analysis, monitor outcomes, and offer actionable recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with EPIC and other operational applications to propose solutions that improve operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, advanced MS Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau).
• Expertise in extracting, cleaning, and analyzing complex datasets with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
