Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Lead incident response efforts, investigate security breaches, and conduct thorough post-incident analysis.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and integration of security solutions across software and infrastructure development.
• Manage regulatory compliance and lead security assessments for third-party vendors.
• Create and deliver security training and awareness programs for internal teams.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, continuously improving security infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or a related field.
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in project management roles.
• Deep knowledge of network security, encryption, and security tools.
• Proficient in security frameworks and secure software development practices.
• Experience managing large-scale OT/CII security projects, with knowledge of emerging technologies such as PAM, MFA, and zero trust architecture.
