Job Title: Data Center Construction Specialist

Job Description:

• Manage on-site construction, network setup, cabinet modifications, and wiring projects to ensure smooth delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and provide updates on infrastructure progress.
• Oversee logistics, cabling, and network integration while maintaining project quality and timelines.
• Work primarily on a standard schedule, with occasional overtime based on project needs.
• Undergo structured training before taking full responsibility for project execution.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data center construction, network cabling, or related fields.
• Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
• IT knowledge, especially in network architecture, servers, and fiber optics.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; local language skills and a driver's license are advantages.
• Willing to travel between multiple sites.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in data centers, telecom infrastructure, or network cabling projects.
• Hands-on expertise in equipment wiring, module construction, and supplier coordination.
• Strong ability to manage on-site execution and ensure on-time project completion.
