Here is what you are expecting to be doing:

• AI solution development and strategy implementation for improving the process of laborious operations including but not limited to ESG consultant operation time.
• Conduct research and POC to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and integrate new techniques into projects.
• Design and optimize chatbot systems with LLM and prompt engineering for the efficiency of internal business processes.
• Develop and enhance recommendation systems to provide carbon factors.
• Collaborate effectively with AI/ML engineers, PM and others to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
• Ensuring reproducibility, scalability, and reliability of ML models.
• Experiencing a wide range of end-to-end ML development life cycle, including framing AI problems, data collection/preprocess/exploration, model development/evaluation.
• Learn state-of-the-art AI techniques and skills to efficiently conduct POC.

Skills that will help you in this role:

• MS in Math, Stats, CS or Engineering related fields.
• 2-5+ years of experience in AI development, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges.
• Experienced in Deep Learning Framework (Pytorch or Tensorflow), Machine Learning and open-source platform e.g. ONNX, Hugging Face.
• Deep knowledge of ML/AI algorithms and their limitations and applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to deliver.
• Programming skills in Python and experience with version control systems like Git.
• Solid experience in developing and fine-tuning models.
• Bonus, but not a must: Familiarity with Natural language processing (NLP) and Computer vision domain. Familiarity with docker/K8s and cloud service e.g. GCP, Azure and Amazon. Ability to build testing environment for POC
