• Develop and implement methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse, unstructured data sources, delivering actionable insights for management.
• Create and code software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to clean, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with business experts to enrich data and uncover meaningful insights to build practical solutions.
• Automate repetitive data tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Design data visualizations to clearly present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Support Global IFF Business Control with various tasks and project requirements.
• Assist with administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a data science role; experience in a similar industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and PowerShell, with experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and the ability to effectively communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
