The DIGITAL ART DIRECTOR (DAD) position at Convertium is suitable for a senior digital designer with a strong portfolio of web designs at the intersection of beauty and utility.

You must also have good people-skills and are able to mentor junior designers.

As DAD, you will be responsible for promoting high standards of:

• creative concept
• design language
• interaction design
• visual communication
• user interface design
• typography
• aesthetics

You must be a formally-trained designer with a solid appreciation of design philosophy and principles. In addition, you need to be current with the latest trends and standards in digital and web design.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
