<strong>Job scope:</strong><br><ul> <li>Managing the project from tender to completion</li> <li>leading a team (Team size is around 10~15 which comprise of Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Coordinators, Drawing Manager, Drafters, etc.)</li> <li>Drawing submission (Check & Oversee)</li> <li>Getting material approval (Documentation etc.)</li> <li>Manage the Sub Contractor</li> <li>Planning & sequencing of work</li> <li>Liaise with clients, owners and consultants regarding project requirements and schedules</li> <li>Resolve all matters that arises</li> <li>Deliver the project on time, with quality and on budget</li> <li>Control budget, manage expenses and cashflow.</li></ul>
