• Collaborating with the team to develop research databases and ensure compliance with data policies.
• Designing methods for quality data collection, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Conducting data extraction, cleaning, and analysis for healthcare datasets.
• Performing statistical analysis and managing data queries.
• Creating tools to automate data collection.
• Supporting the research team with data systems and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Assisting in study design, hypothesis formulation, and sample size calculations.
• Contributing to publications, reports, and presentations.
• Leading workshops on statistics and research methodology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior research experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages/software such as Python, R, SQL, STATA, or SPSS.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain statistical methods clearly.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
