Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Conduct ESD measures to investigate how to design ESD and latch-up solutions that minimize discharge (ESD) or latch-up (LUP) events.
- Assess the ESD properties of each type of ESD, from production line measurements to develop semiconductor product protection from ESD and or LUP events.
- Supervise and arrange ESD review process.
- Manage and coordinate ESD and latch-up tests and perform root cause ESD and LUP analysis and develop minimum ESD requirements.
- Continually improve product reliability by introducing ESD solutions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in ESD in accordance with iNARTE administrative rules and guidelines.
- Hands-on experience in ESD characterization analysis.
- Familiar with ESD analysis tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills ESD/LUP technical leadership working with teams in Design, Product Engineering, R&D characterization, and Quality Assurance teams.
- Strong data analysis skills.
