IT Disposal Operations

Job Scope

1. Receive IT disposal enquiries - check load, weight, model of incoming goods - identify data bearing assets
2. Arrange transport, logistics for collection or onsite equipment
3. Receive equipment & assets, follow SOP for handling customer's data
4. Carry out onsite/offsite IT disposal operations or refurbishing requirements as necessary
5. Assist in providing asset reports, certifications to clients & record euqipment weight for NEA reporting
6. Perform general computer desktop-level operation and maintenance tasks, such as software installation, troubleshooting, and system configuration

Requirements

- Good to have class 3/3A license

- Physically fit

- Good to have some equipment decomissioning knowledge

- Self-driven and must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting, with minimum supervision
