Project Manager

 

Work Location: Downtown core, Singapore

Job Type: 2 Years Contract, subject to renewal

 

About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled Network Portfolio Manager to lead and oversee network, Telephony, Data centre setup, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, data centre operations, Contact Centre Setup & Operations and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering projects on tight deadlines). This is a hands-on leadership role that requires expertise in LANs, switches, firewalls, data center infrastructure, and call center setup/relocation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal business disruption.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage network setup and maintenance projects.
• Oversee the end-to-end setup, migration, and optimization of IT network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Oversee the operation and optimization of data centers, including cooling, power management, and capacity planning.
• Manage and execute data center setup, migration, and relocation, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Lead call center IT infrastructure setup and relocation, ensuring smooth transition with minimal downtime.
• Work closely with telephony, voice, and networking teams to ensure a seamless call center setup.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Evaluate and recommend networking technologies, data center solutions, and telephony systems to support business needs.
• Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract management for network and infrastructure solutions.
• Any other tasks and works as and when requested and assigned by the Company.

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, computer security, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and project management.
• Expertise in LAN, WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and network security.
• Proven experience in data center setup, migration, and relocation.
• Hands-on experience with call center IT setup or relocation, including telephony systems, VoIP, IVR, and omnichannel solutions.
• Strong knowledge of network design, cloud integration, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and PMP methodologies for project execution.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, PMP, ITIL, or AWS Solutions Architect will be preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based call center solutions (e.g., Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Amazon Connect, Twilio).
• Knowledge of virtualization, hybrid cloud networks, and SD-WAN solutions.
• Required to undergo Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) checks.
