Key Responsibilities

• Support the follow-ups from service request meetings (e.g. taking noms, sending reminders to divisions on administrative sign-offs/approvals
• Manage the account and compliance matters for systems
• Support change management efforts and testing for tech refresh, and major system enhancements
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Min Degree. 
• Experience working with systems projects or IT knowledge will be a bonus
