We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our online English learning product. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for education. You will play a pivotal role in engaging global channel distributors, understanding end-user needs, and driving product strategy to ensure our product remains competitive and relevant in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
* Analyze competition and market trends to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
* Consolidate and design product features based on user feedback and market demands.
* Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform future enhancements.
Channel Engagement:
* Engage with global channel distributors and maintain strong relationships to ensure effective product promotion and sales.
* Track performance metrics of channel distributors and provide motivation and support to enhance their effectiveness.
* Source for industry events to participate in and drive the planning and execution to sign up users and channel distributors.
Data Analysis:
* Conduct thorough market research, including competitor analysis and trend identification, to inform product positioning and feature prioritization.
* Analyze survey responses and sales data to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
* Recommend sales strategies for B2C, B2B and channel distributions segments based on data analysis.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to ensure alignment on product goals and initiatives.
* Facilitate cross-functional communication to enhance product development processes.
* Execute clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product vision and progress.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in project or product management, preferably in the edtech or online application industry.
* Proven ability to engage with and motivate global channel distributors and end users.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with B2C and B2B sales strategies.
