We are seeking a highly motivated SAP FICO L1 Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide first-level support for the SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) module, resolving user issues, assisting with troubleshooting, and escalating complex problems to higher support levels when necessary. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 support for SAP FICO users, addressing inquiries related to system functionality and business processes.
• Assist in resolving user issues with financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and cost center accounting.
• Log, track, and manage issues in the ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolution or proper escalation to L2/L3 support.
• Collaborate with other support teams to identify and solve system errors or configuration problems.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and fixes in the SAP FICO module.
• Create and maintain user documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Understanding of financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and cost accounting.
• Familiarity with SAP FICO or other ERP systems is a plus.
