Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize policy knowledge and product expertise to implement and execute enforcement strategies.
- Demonstrate core process knowledge to improve workflows and operational work streams.
- Lead well-defined projects to resolve complicated abuse and harm fighting and mitigation problems, and build trusted user experiences, with iterative improvements to systems and processes.
- Develop and pursue solutions to challenges. Consistently evolve operations to help us achieve critical business goals.
- Review or be exposed to sensitive or graphic content as part of the core role.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
