Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor APIs to ensure their stability and reliability, promptly addressing any issues to maintain a seamless service.
• Engage with regional API experts and technology team to provide insights and guidance to the API product manager, supporting informed decision-making.  
• Assist in the development and execution of API roadmap and contribute to the achievement of strategic milestones and objectives.
• Manage the API support network, ensuring timely and effective responses to all inquiries and feedback.  
• Stay updated on Digital Container Shipping Association (DCSA) standards and use this knowledge to enhance our API offerings.
• Manage the active backlog and sprint planning effectively, prioritizing tasks to deliver maximum value and align with our technological vision.  
• Act as the Product Owner for the development portal, handle developer inquiries and drive improvements to enhance the portal’s value.
• Support in any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of API technologies and the software development
• Ability to conduct data analysis and visualization
• Ability to translate complex technical details into clear user stories.
• Delivers a customer-centric approach to product development.
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation to express viewpoints with clear and concise language.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
